We produced three films, each profiling a different user: a home user, a small business owner, and a larger print company. Each film focuses on genuine experiences and the role Epson technology plays in their work and daily life, saying 'hello, nice to meet you' rather than 'buy my product'.
The brief
Epson wanted to move beyond product-led advertising and tell the stories of the people who use their technology every day; in their homes, their small businesses, and their print operations. The goal was authentic, relatable case studies that would connect with a wide audience.
